At The Gym Yamba we’ve designed a number of classes for people at all levels. If you want to go far, we’ll get you there. Pick and choose the classes that you like, when it best fits your schedule.

 

All Group Training sessions are personally coached by the owner, Matty Carlin.

STRENGTH

Group Session for everyone from the beginner to the advanced. Male or Female. We lift with quality movement the priority, hit the abs, get the heart rate up & have a great time.

HITT CIRCUIT

This session is for all fitness levels with simple exercises & cardio. We keep these sessions simple and to the point. Turn the brain off and just train!

FRIDAY FUN

This is the trainers choice of the week. It could be boxing, strongman, HIIT, cardio, strength, whatever. But we guarantee you’ll have a great fun session to finish off your week.
